Terms of service
Last updated 8 October 2026
Plain-English terms for using WickLabs. They cover your account, what you can and can’t do with our courses and tools, and how paid products work.
1.About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and WickLabs (“we”, “us”), a brand of Growvia Solutions, an education and software business based in Sri Lanka. They apply when you create an account, join our free community, book a consultation or buy anything from us.
By creating an account or making a purchase you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, our Privacy policy, our Risk disclosure and our Refund policy. You must be at least 18 years old to use WickLabs.
2.What we offer
We offer the following, some free and some paid:
- A free Discord community and a free, no-obligation consultation.
- Courses: recorded lessons, notes and sources that you buy once.
- One-to-one mentorship with the founder.
- The trading journal, a software workspace, by monthly subscription or included with mentorship.
- The marketplace: books, templates, indicators and other digital products made by the founder.
What each product includes is described on its page. We may improve, change or retire features over time. If we make a change that materially reduces what you paid for, we will tell you.
3.Education only, not advice
Everything we publish, teach or build is for education and general information. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing we say is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. We do not manage money, hold client funds, place trades for you or give personal investment recommendations.
Trading carries a high risk of loss. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions. Please read the Risk disclosure before you buy anything.
4.Your account
- Give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One account is for one person. You may not share it, sell it or let someone else use your access.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into your account.
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. Deleting it erases your profile and journal data. See the Privacy policy for what we keep and why.
5.Courses
A course is a one-time purchase. When you buy it you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to watch the lessons and use the notes and downloads for your own learning. Access lasts for as long as we offer that course. If we ever retire a course we will give notice and, where we can, let you download the notes first.
You may not copy, record, share, resell or publish course content, in whole or in part, including in private groups or on file-sharing sites. The Mastery course includes the Foundations and Advanced courses.
6.Mentorship
Mentorship is one-to-one work between you and the founder. The number and length of sessions, the programme length and what is included are agreed before you pay and confirmed in writing (for example by email). Sessions are booked in advance; if you miss one without notice we are not obliged to reschedule it.
Mentorship is guidance and feedback on your process. We make no promise about trading results. Your trades and their outcomes are your own. Journal access is included while your mentorship is active.
7.The journal subscription
- The journal is billed monthly and renews automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
- We may change the price. We will tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next renewal. You can cancel before then.
- The data you put into the journal is yours. We host it only to run the service for you.
When a subscription ends and you have no other access (such as mentorship), your journal becomes read-only so you can export your data. After 90 days we may delete it. We will remind you before we do.
8.Marketplace products
Marketplace products (books, Notion templates, indicators and similar) are licensed to you for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute or share them. Some products are delivered through other services, for example an invite-only TradingView script is shared by username on TradingView and a Premium Discord role is granted on Discord. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Indicators and tools are for education. They do not predict the market and are not signals or advice.
9.Prices and payments
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are handled by our payment provider, which collects any sales tax or VAT that applies and may show the final total at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
Refunds are covered by the Refund policy. In short: purchases are final, with the exceptions and the request process set out there.
10.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or use our services to harm, harass or defraud anyone.
- Share, copy or resell paid content, or share your access with others.
- Try to get around access controls, probe our systems for weaknesses, or reverse-engineer or scrape the software.
- Upload malware, or overload or disrupt the service.
- Behave abusively in our community spaces, or promote scams, signals services or unrelated products there.
If you break these rules we may warn you, remove content, or suspend or close your account. Where we close an account for a serious breach, we are not required to refund what you paid.
11.Ownership
The courses, lessons, notes, products, software, name and branding belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you the right to use them as described, not to own them. The WickLabs journal is built on open-source software that is credited in our notices.
You keep ownership of everything you put into the journal. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can provide the service to you.
12.Other services
We link to and work with services we do not control, such as Discord, TradingView, brokers, prop firms and payment and email providers. Their terms apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their availability or content. We are not affiliated with any prop firm or broker unless we say so on the page.
13.Disclaimers and liability
We work hard to keep WickLabs accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that imports, calculations and reports will always be correct. Check important figures against your broker statements.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits or indirect or consequential loss arising from using our content or software. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or removes any consumer rights you have in your country that cannot be waived.
14.Ending your access
You can stop using WickLabs at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if you misuse the service, or if the law requires it. Sections that by their nature should continue (ownership, liability, governing law) continue after your access ends.
15.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we make an important change we will tell you, for example by email or a notice in your account, and update the date at the top. If you keep using WickLabs after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, you can close your account.
16.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka can hear disputes, except that you keep any right you have under the consumer law of the country where you live to bring a claim there. Please contact us first. Most problems can be solved with a conversation.
